Job summary

ArchWell Health seeks a Membership Consultant to grow our patient base across Jacksonville communities. As an outside healthcare sales professional, you will reach seniors and caregivers, evangelize our mission, and enroll patients into ArchWell Health centers.

You will build partnerships with health plans, brokers, social workers, and providers, plan and execute local events, and use Salesforce to manage leads and activities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Sales or Community Relations experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with health plans, brokers, or providers preferred.
• Experience with or selling to seniors or medically underserved populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives new patient enrollment year-round by identifying, cultivating, and securing new patients through direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and community stakeholder relationships.
• Meets seniors and groups in homes, senior centers, houses of worship, and other community venues to evangelize ArchWell Health.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes local events to reach ideal patients.
