Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Systems Developer in the Health and Services Sector to serve as the technical expert in designing, developing, coding, testing, and debugging new EIM workflows and enhancements. You’ll work with Government teams to understand issues and implement resolutions in a multi-tenant healthcare platform.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of Health IT experience, with DoD agile development and AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of technical experience related to Health IT.
• Experience with DoDI 5000.02 agile development process.
• Experience with AI technologies to reduce development time and defects.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, IHE).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of new EIM workflows and enhancements.
• Work with Government and support teams to resolve application issues and respond to modifications.
• Develop and configure workflows using OpenText AppWorks, Content Server, and Government-owned code.
• Deliver user stories through the agile sprint cycle and manage interfaces (HL7, FHIR, IHE, DICOM).
• Analyze trouble tickets in ServiceNow and support after-hours production issues as needed.
