Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking an experienced IS Analyst to analyze clinical, business and technical processes and develop cost-effective system solutions. You will coordinate deployments, manage projects with IT stakeholders, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires strong SQL, HL7 knowledge, and experience with project management tools. Day shift, based at the Prisma Health Corporate Office in the ITS Systems Integration department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Five years of IT experience in a business, computer science, or clinical setting; healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL database concepts and HL7 is preferred.
• Experience with project management software and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, business and technical processes; develop system recommendations.
• Lead implementation planning, workflow analysis and coordination with departments.
• Serve as primary technical liaison with vendors for implementation activities.
• Mentor Associate and Mid-level IS Analysts and supervise work as directed by manager.
• Ensure data integrity and timely completion of project milestones.
• Communicate system status and downtime plans to assigned departments.
