Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide advanced IT application support for healthcare systems, including EHR, registration, scheduling, billing, PACS, and more.

This role is fully remote with occasional on-site trainings, Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM. The senior analyst will lead configuration, integration, testing, and project activities, mentoring peers and ensuring best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Active pursuit toward Bachelor's with nine years of professional experience.
• Additional relevant experience may substitute for lack of education with Supervisory/HR approval.

Responsibilities

• Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical/functional designs to support business requirements.
• Partners with external vendors for integration/implementation, support, and troubleshooting.
• Solve incidents and problems according to service levels and standards.
• Serve as PM for mid-size projects with multiple teams.
• Performs quality review of team builds.
• Collaborates with peers, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Follows documentation and change management standards.
• Develops training and knowledge materials for end-users and peers.
• Oversees hardware/software configuration to meet client specs.
• Develops and maintains testing plans and scripts for system integrity.
• Participates in team and project meetings to improve information flow.
