A leading cancer treatment organization is seeking a Senior Health Information Management Representative to analyze medical records for accuracy and completeness. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, communicate deficiencies to providers, and maintain confidentiality. This is a full-time, remote position requiring an Associate degree in Health Information Management and RHIT certification.

This is a Full-time, REMOTE position - Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST
RHIT certification is required!
The Senior Health Information Management Representative analyzes medical records/patient chart episodes according to state, federal and accrediting agencies requirements for accuracy, completeness, clarity, legibility, timeliness, authentication and content.
