Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 10 years in Health & Welfare consulting, focusing on leave management, disability insurance, and group life insurance.
• Valid life and health insurance producer license.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state leave/disability laws (FMLA, ADAA, PFML).
• Experience with vendor management, program design, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support large Health & Group Benefits engagements with clients.
• Advise on benefit plan design, program strategy, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor search, evaluation, and implementation processes.
• Guide clients through implementation and vendor transitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and partners.
• Support business development and proposal activities.
• Ensure project quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate across consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor industry developments affecting health and welfare benefits.
