Anoka County’s Public Health and Environmental Services Department seeks a Senior Health Education Specialist for statewide health improvement partnerships. You will promote health resources, develop educational programs, and build community relationships to improve population health.

The role is full-time, exempt, hybrid, with interviews the week of Nov 2, 2026. Competitive benefits and a clear path for professional advancement are provided.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of the required education, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• Must pass driver’s license background check and have a valid driver’s license for business use.

• Promote, maintain and improve community health by assisting individuals and communities to adopt healthy behaviors.
• Design and implement health education programs to increase awareness and knowledge for health improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and community organizations.
