Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 2–5 analysts.
• Oversee project management activities, including cost, schedule, and scope management.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and communicate goals, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Document and report on significant events, accomplishments, and outputs weekly and monthly.
• Engage with stakeholders and represent the team in technical and business discussions.
• Serve as a primary SME for business process reengineering and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze complex problems and propose evidence-based solutions.
• Provide guidance on technical and functional issues to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support implementation, validation, and testing of new technical solutions and upgrades.
• Oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of training sessions for stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to organizational knowledge bases.
• Support organizational change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to strategic planning, business model development, and performance management services.
