An exciting opportunity has arisen within the East Caithness Health and Social Care Team based at Pulteney House in Wick. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain their independence. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative and provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high-quality service to the local community.
Experience not required, although of benefit. Full training will be provided and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care.
A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes. A pool vehicle is available for rural areas.
This is a permanent part time post of 14 hours working a shift pattern of 9.00am to 1.00pm 4 days on 4 days off or in line with service requirements.
