Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare analytics or related research experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with experience in statistical methods.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design observational studies and analyze healthcare datasets (claims, EHR, CMS).
• Build reproducible analytic datasets and workflows using SQL and Python.
• Translate statistical findings into actionable insights for leadership.
