Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a data-driven analytics leader to create insights driving the Quadruple Aim. CANDIDATE MUST BE US Citizen (due to contractual/access requirements) and will aggregate, analyze and translate patterns into actionable recommendations for healthcare quality and costs.

You will lead population health analyses, partner with clinical, operational and financial stakeholders, mentor colleagues, and guide projects end-to-end while communicating findings to executives.

Qualifications

• 5 years leading the design, execution and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting.
• 5 years with coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools and processes using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data.
• 3 years of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment (payer and/or provider preferred).
• 3 years of providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational and financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, execution and dissemination of analyses and reports to improve health outcomes and costs.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable and aligned with priorities.
• Serve as a strategic business partner with thought leadership and SME.
• Mentor colleagues across the enterprise on analytics.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.

Education
