Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Associate, HCP Marketing to drive strategic promotional initiatives for UPLIZNA and related neurology portfolios. You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Sales teams to educate healthcare professionals and strengthen brand differentiation.

You will lead development of promotional materials, manage campaigns, and ensure flawless execution across congresses, local events, and digital channels while aligning with Amgen values and patient-centric goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required or equivalent.
• 1 year of directly related experience with a Master's.
• 2 years of directly related experience with a Bachelor's.
• 8 years of directly related experience with a High school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, review, and deployment of branded, disease-state, and unbranded promotional materials with cross-functional teams.
• Own assigned tactical workstreams from planning through execution with timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate materials through MAC and approvals with regulatory and legal teams.
• Build partnerships across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, and Global Marketing.
• Coordinate promotional resource deployments and field communications for national initiatives.
