Regeneron is seeking an Associate Director of HCP Marketing to lead healthcare professional omnichannel promotions and non-personal marketing strategy for EoE in the US. The role partners with cross-functional and alliance teams to drive product growth, strengthen brand leadership in Gastroenterology and Allergy/Immunology, and deliver compliant, impactful initiatives.

Based in Sleepy Hollow, NY, the position requires travel up to 25-30% and four days in office weekly.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech marketing or related field.
• 8+ years US commercial experience in pharma/biotech marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HCP non-personal promotions and omnichannel marketing strategy, planning, and execution.
• Develop metrics-driven multi-channel plans for HCP engagements.
• Support personal promotions strategy and field sales resources for HCP engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams to align initiatives.
• Manage budgets and external agency partnerships to ensure creative excellence.
