Altais is seeking a Senior Coding Analyst, Risk Adjustment to code medical records for HCC reimbursement, support audits, and improve clinical documentation. You will collaborate with physicians and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate coding and compliance across programs.

You will deliver analytics, education, and training on HCC coding, with a focus on CMS and payor audits, while contributing to process improvements and provider support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of HCC coding experience.
• 3–5 years in HCC coding and auditing (chart review).
• 1+ years of EPIC EMR experience.
• 3–5 years in Medicare Risk Adjustment.
• 1+ years in project management and coordinating detailed projects.

Responsabilités

• Review, audit, and code medical records for HCC reimbursement and compliance.
• Meet daily productivity targets with high accuracy in coding.
• Audit medical documentation for ICD-10/HCC coding accuracy.
• Query physicians when documentation is unclear.
• Support HCC coding audits and data validation activities.
• Serve as a resource to team members and physician offices.
• Collaborate with Provider Relations and Clinical Quality teams.
