Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in public policy, public administration, public health, healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Five years of experience for Managing Consultant; over five years for Senior Managing Consultant in health policy/HCBS.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to explain findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex healthcare projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead or participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve state policy and programs.
• Provide consulting services to state and local clients and assist with policy development and CMS submissions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Author memos, tools, briefs, analytic reports, and presentations for clients.
• Conduct quantitative or qualitative research to support program design and evaluation.
• Lead proposal development and represent Mathematica’s expertise publicly.
