Job summary

Senra Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Harnessing Technician to lead complex harness builds on the production floor, mentor junior technicians, and support new product introductions with Engineering. You will champion quality and speed, and drive improvements on the line.

This onsite role focuses on hands-on leadership, adherence to 5S, safety initiatives, and refining build documentation based on feedback from manufacturing. Based in Redondo Beach/Cypress, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5–12 years of experience in harness manufacturing or related production environments
• Expert at reading complex schematics and executing high-quality builds
• Experience mentoring junior team members

Responsibilities

• Execute complex harness builds with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.
• Lead floor training sessions and mentor Apprentice and Harnessing Technicians.
• Partner with Engineering on new product introduction and first article builds.
• Identify, elevate, and help solve build and design issues.
• Support updates to build documentation based on production feedback.
• Champion 5S principles, safety, and quality initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc projects to boost output and ensure harness builds are delivered quickly and efficiently.

As a Senior Harnessing Technician, you will serve as a technical leader on the production floor, executing the most complex builds, mentoring junior technicians, and supporting new product introduction efforts alongside engineering teams. You will set the standard for quality, speed, and technical excellence in the build process.

What You'll Own

• Execute complex harness builds with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.
• Lead floor training sessions and mentor Apprentice and Harnessing Technicians.

Compensation

• Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
• Hourly Range: $30.00- $45.00

This onsite role based in our HQ Redondo Beach or Cypress, CA.
