Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience defining system architectures for complex electromechanical products.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical integration efforts.
• Experience with system-level verification, validation, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product system architecture across electronics, embedded firmware, mechanical subsystems, RF, and software interfaces.
• Translate user and business requirements into system specifications balancing time and cost.
• Lead technical tradeoff analyses on power, RF, components, manufacturability, and reliability.
• Coordinate development across PCB, firmware, antenna, enclosure, and subsystem integration.
• Partner with software teams to define features, interfaces, and verification plans.
• Drive system integration activities and resolve cross‑functional technical issues.
• Lead design reviews, risk management activities, verification planning, and validation readiness.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and regulatory for design for manufacturability and compliance.
