Job summary

Revelyst Golf Technology in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineering Project Manager to lead hardware development programs across launch monitors, rangefinders, and wearables. You will own the schedule, budgets, and cross-functional coordination from concept through mass production.

Work closely with Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Industrial Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Product Management, manage vendor relationships, risk, and stage-gate milestones,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years leading hardware product development programs (EVT–MP).
• Experience shipping consumer electronics or precision hardware from concept to volume production.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plan for hardware products across EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP with budgets and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional build reviews, ECO/ECN tracking, and risk registers to closure.
• Build integrated master schedules with engineering leads and surface schedule risks early.
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers, including on-site build support.
• Lead ramp planning for pilot and mass production with Supply Chain and Operations.
• Track program budget and BOM cost against targets and flag risks to stakeholders.
• Manage program risk—technical, schedule, cost, and supply chain—with mitigation plans.
• Coordinate regulatory/testing timelines (FCC, CE, UL, IC) to avoid delays.
• Communicate status and decisions to engineering leadership and executives via dashboards.
• Travel to CM/sites as needed for critical builds and issue resolution.
• Continuously improve PM processes and stage-gate criteria across hardware.
