Based at Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA, with a hybrid schedule, you will collaborate with Global Headquarters in Japan, NA Sales, Marketing and retailers to drive product strategy and roadmaps. This senior role requires strategic thinking, strong business experience, excellent communication with executives, and a hands‑on attitude for data analysis and presentation.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years Product Management, preferably hardware in consumer electronics
• Undergraduate degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience
• MBA preferred
• Ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead promotional planning and set promo strategy to align with profit goals
• Collaborate to ensure accurate and on-time product forecasting and procurement
• Define product positioning and align with marketing communications
• Represent Epson at trade shows and PR events with deep product and use-case knowledge
• Collaborate with teams and Seiko to develop and drive the product roadmap
