Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an engineer for the Hardware IP Security team to protect IP and build secure, scalable workflows across engineering groups. You will help design policies, mentor teams, and investigate threats in a fast-paced environment.

The role demands strong threat modeling, leadership experience, and the ability to present risk to senior management. Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor engineers.
• Threat modeling experience covering data flows and trust boundaries.
• Ability to prioritize practical risk reduction in a fast-moving engineering environment.
• Experience leading high-performing technical teams across hardware and security.
• Comfortable presenting risk and mitigation to senior management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Protect NVIDIA's intellectual property from misuse by building secure-by-default workflows.
• Define and implement security policies and methodologies across teams.
• Investigate threats and translate findings into mitigations.
• Collaborate with Security, Hardware Engineering, and IT partners to improve practices and policies.
• Drive priorities, schedules, and relationships to reduce security impact on productivity.
