Tech Mahindra seeks a Senior Hardware Engineer to lead schematic and PCB design for industrial applications. You will plan analog/digital circuits, build and curate ECAD libraries, and perform simulations to ensure performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Electrical/Electronics required.
• 8–10 years in Industrial domain.
• Excellent knowledge of schematics and PCB design tools.

Responsibilities

• Create schematic designs and select components.
• Plan and implement analog and digital circuits.
• Create and curate ECAD library entries (symbols, footprints, models).
• Perform analysis, simulation and calculations for circuits.
• Convert schematics to PCB layouts with proper component placement.
• Ensure EMC/EMI, power integrity and thermal performance in layouts.
• Support PCB fabrication and assembly with BOM packages.
• Assist in hardware verification and documentation.
