Eagle Wireless is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to own hardware design from concept through production release for cellular IoT and automotive connectivity modules. The role spans RF, mixed-signal hardware, and AI-assisted engineering, with collaboration across global R&D teams.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
• Demonstrated, practical use of AI tools in an engineering workflow.
• Hands-on RF design experience: antenna integration, impedance matching, RF shielding, and cellular protocol hardware characterization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cellular IoT and automotive connectivity modules from concept through production release.
• Own schematic capture, PCB layout review, and design-for-manufacturability across the product line.
• Define and execute hardware bring-up, debug, and validation for new module designs.
• Collaborate with firmware and software teams to ensure hardware/software co-design alignment.
