The role involves system and board architecture, high-speed digital and analog design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, manufacturable solutions. Strong leadership and mentoring are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
• 8+ years of hands-on electronic hardware design experience.
• Experience bringing products from concept through production release.
• Strong digital and mixed-signal circuit design expertise.
• Experience with microprocessors, SoCs, or embedded platforms.
• Experience with DDR memory interfaces and high-speed design.
• Experience with Ethernet networking hardware design.
• Experience with switching power supplies and power management.

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware architectures for embedded networking, communications, industrial, and connectivity products.
• Translate product requirements into electrical specifications and system specs.
• Design complex digital, analog, mixed-signal, and power-management circuits.
• Select processors, SoCs, FPGAs, memories, and interfaces.
• Perform schematic capture using advanced EDA tools and verify designs.
• Lead hardware development activities from concept through production release.
• Collaborate with PCB designers on stack-ups and routing constraints.
• Support prototype builds, validation, pilot production, and manufacturing release.
• Investigate and resolve design, manufacturing, and field reliability issues.
• Drive cost optimization and component lifecycle management.
