Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in handyman, maintenance technician, carpenter, remodeler, or similar multi-trade residential role.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair, maintenance, and remodeling across carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and related tasks.
• Keep home systems and appliances on a preventive maintenance schedule for route homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build trust with homeowners during visits.
