Job summary

Honey Homes, Inc. is hiring skilled handymen and remodelers in San Francisco. You’ll manage a defined territory or join larger project crews, with no weekends and steady, well-paid work close to home. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is paid after training and 30 days on board.

Great pay at $40/hr (~$80,000/year) plus equity, benefits, and a strong growth path within the company. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman, maintenance technician, remodeling, or multi-trade experience.
• Hands-on skill across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Residential home repair experience across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential repair, maintenance, and remodel work across multiple trades (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall).
• Provide outstanding customer service and build trusted relationships in homeowners' homes.
• Use the company app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
