Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial trades.
• Strong skills in carpentry, drywall repair, and basic plumbing/electrical.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems without supervision.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer communication skills.
• Experience in customer-facing service environments (not just new construction).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across carpentry, drywall, minor electrical, plumbing, and general home maintenance.
• Complete jobs independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain scope, solutions, and recommendations.
• Execute installations (doors, windows, trim, fixtures, cabinetry, etc.) with professional-level finish quality.
• Identify additional repair opportunities and proactively recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate job notes, materials tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards and local building codes.
• Collaborate closely with office staff to ensure clear communication, accurate scheduling, and seamless project execution.
