Job summary

Acuative is seeking a hands-on Lead Solutions Architect to steer the Information Systems architecture for enterprise platforms. You will define technical strategy, guide solution architecture, mentor teams, and drive modernization across the application ecosystem while remaining hands-on.

You will collaborate with IS leadership, Business Analysts, and development teams to ensure architecture aligns with business goals and operational needs. This role is based in Strongsville, OH.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Deep expertise with C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical leader for Acuative’s application ecosystem.
• Establish architecture standards and engineering guidelines.
• Mentor developers and conduct architecture/design reviews.
• Lead modernization initiatives and platform evolution.
• Participate in hands-on software development for strategic initiatives.
