SENIOR HAIR STYLIST part/full-time/casual

About the role

Hair District is seeking an experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our vibrant team in Morley, WA. This is a part-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive salon environment. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hairstyling services to our valued clientele.

What you'll be doing

Delivering a range of hairstyling services including cuts, colours, perms, Foiling and balayage, up-styles. Men’s haircut and styling.

Providing expert styling advice and product recommendations to clients

Maintaining the salon's high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Mentoring and training junior stylists to develop their skills

Collaborating with the salon team to achieve sales and service targets

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified hair stylist

Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

A creative flair and passion for the hair and beauty industry

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
