Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies LLC in Windsor, CT seeks a Hadoop Lead Developer to architect and lead Hadoop-based data solutions for data lakes, warehouses, and marts. 12+ months contract, strong hands-on and leadership required.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in data architecture, 4+ years with Hadoop/cloud stacks, and hands-on experience with NiFi, Spark, HBase, Hive, Kerberos/Knox/Ranger, and data ingestion tools like Talend and Kafka.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
8+ years designing and architecting large centralized data repositories (Data Lakes/Warehouses/Marts).
4+ years hands-on with Hadoop and Cloud stack including metadata, schedule, and security management.
Hands-on experience in Apache NiFi, Spark, HBase, Hive, Kerberos/Knox/Ranger.
Knowledge with data ingestion tools like Talend and Kafka.
Extensive experience with data modeling, data ingestion, data security, and data governance.
Excellent technical and team leadership skills.
Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
