Job summary

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. in Columbus, MS is seeking a Senior Aircraft Mechanic for the H145 Final Assembly Line. This 2nd shift role runs Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and involves performing on aircraft and parts in the mechanical function, including fabrication, repair, and installation of aircraft parts and supporting helicopter programs.

A signing bonus is available for qualified new hires. The position requires a minimum of six years of aviation mechanic experience; A&P license is

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience as aviation mechanic.
• A&P license preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches and diagrams, and apply standard shop practices in the fabrication and repair modifications of aircraft structures and repairs.

Responsibilities
