Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience with Guidewire platforms.
• Expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter implementations.
• Strong hands-on development and technical leadership across large-scale insurance projects.
• Experience with cloud modernization and Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development and implementation of Guidewire solutions across PC, BC and CC.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards and design patterns.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to development teams and conduct code reviews.
• Drive integration efforts with Policy Admin Systems, Payment Gateways and CRM systems.
• Develop Guidewire configurations and extensions and ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Lead delivery planning, risk tracking, and architecture reviews.
