Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on configuration within Guidewire InsuranceNow (ACX).
• Experience with claims and billing, ratebook & pricing configuration.
• Ability to assess impacts of product changes across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical developer for all ACX INOW configuration and enhancements.
• Lead configuration and implementation of rate filings, product versions, and underwriting rule changes, claims and billing updates.
• Provide analysis and solutioning for new features and system enhancements.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture, security, and integration standards.
• Own technical quality across development lifecycle.
• Partner closely with Product Management & Business Analysts, QA & Release Management, Architecture & Security.
