Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Guidewire Application Developer to deliver configuration, integration, and customization across Guidewire InsuranceSuite—PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter—and Guidewire Cloud, fully remote in the U.S.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Guidewire development experience, Gosu expertise, strong SQL, and a proven ability to collaborate with analytics, product, and engineering teams to ship reliable insurance platform features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Guidewire development experience.
• Strong Gosu programming and Guidewire data model expertise.
• Experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter customization.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of Guidewire database schema.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver configuration, integration, and customization across Guidewire suites.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews.
• Collaborate with analysts and SMEs to ship core insurance features.
