You will help define data needs, workflow, and user interfaces within a SAFE Agile framework using Jira.

The role requires deep knowledge of insurance processes, strong communication, and the ability to facilitate stakeholder alignment across multiple functions.

Formación

• Five years of relevant experience as a business analyst in insurance or related industry.
• Experience in SAFE Agile environment and Jira.
• Knowledge of SAFE Agile delivery practices.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure business requirements are documented and validated with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, features and user stories.
• Collaborate with product teams, IT, and operations to align on timelines and deliverables.
• Create data flow diagrams and process models using VISIO or similar tools.
