Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Guidewire Application Developer for 100% remote work in the United States. The role focuses on hands-on Gosu development, policy/order/configuration, integration design, and Guidewire Cloud upgrades.

You will collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations teams to ship reliable insurance-platform features. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Guidewire development experience, deep Gosu expertise, and strong communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Six or more years of Guidewire development experience.
Deep expertise in Gosu programming and Guidewire data model.
Hands-on experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter customization.
Strong understanding of product model and rule design.
Experience building Guidewire integrations (messaging, batch, plugin).
Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud Platform.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of Guidewire database schema.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver configuration, integration, and customization across Guidewire InsuranceSuite and Guidewire Cloud.
Collaborate with analysts and SMEs to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in code/design reviews.
