The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with significant leadership experience and a background in Flight Sciences analysis. Responsibilities include management of engineering processes, staffing coordination, and interfacing with customers.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant professional experience or 7+ years with a Master's degree.
• Must have prior leadership experience within an engineering team.
• Knowledge with analyzing subsonic, supersonic, or hypersonic systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight to a discipline team of GNC engineers.
• Manage a team supporting people, processes, tools, and technology.
• Coordinate staffing with IPTs and support staffing processes.
