• Own a GTM domain end to end with a stable, year-long north-star metric.
• Frame net-new GTM problems and design solutions with data-driven insights.
• Lead AI-enabled improvements and adopt evidence-based approaches.
• Ground decisions in real user contact with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own a GTM domain end to end, setting a north-star metric and a 9–12 month roadmap.
• Anticipate platform changes and their impact on GTM workflows and outcomes.
• Promote AI-enabled improvements and demonstrate when AI is not the answer.
• Prototype concepts (Figma, AI prototypes) to compress alignment and test ideas.
• Ground decisions in real user feedback from Sales and Client Services and measure outcomes.
