Job summary

UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust (RMBT) in Ann Arbor, MI, seeks a Senior Investment Analyst for Growth Strategies to help shape portfolio strategies across a broad asset mix in a $60B organization.

You will conduct cutting-edge investment analysis, present ideas to senior colleagues, and collaborate with global investment teams, while supporting monitoring and optimization of portfolios with occasional travel to industry events and between Trust sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of investment experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Progress toward CFA/CAIA designation or commitment to pursue it
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Self-starter with limited supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and investment tools
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve research and workflows
