Qualifications

• Two years of investment experience in an institutional setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of basic accounting concepts.
• Experience with investment systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with investment staff, external investment managers, and vendors to ensure complete, accurate, and timely investment data.
• Support investment staff with the completion of various tasks including compliance with policies and procedures and document retention.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance data management processes for validation, analytics, reconciliation, and reporting using SQL, Python, Power Query, Power BI or similar tools.
• Contribute to investment system implementation and functionality upgrade projects.
• Manage initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across multiple asset classes and systems.
• Monitor data for accuracy, consistency, and correct mapping to investment systems.
• Develop and maintain investment data reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain data maps and process flows.
• Act as a subject matter expert for one or more investment systems.
• Oversee vendor for one or more investment systems and participate in service calls.
