Senior Growth Product Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Salary: $150k-$200k + Equity

Position Overview

The Senior Growth Product Manager will lead user acquisition and product growth strategies to drive app growth, improve user engagement, and optimize the product experience aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies focusing on user acquisition and engagement.
• Lead A/B testing to identify the best product features and marketing tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the product based on feedback and analytics.
• Analyze user data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
• Manage relationships with external partners to support growth initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and report on growth progress to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Growth Product Manager in early-stage startups.
• Strong knowledge of growth strategies and user acquisition tactics.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
