The Senior Growth Marketing Manager role at Common Thread Collective (CTC) is pivotal. It focuses on developing accurate forecasts and executing high-level strategies to drive meaningful business growth for our clients. Your role involves actively engaging with clients, maintaining clear communication about actions taken and performance relative to forecasts. This ongoing dialogue builds trust and strengthens partnerships, helping clients navigate media acquisition and strategic planning complexities. You will be an advocate and representative of CTC’s unique approach and tools.

NECESSARY SKILLS
Develop growth forecasts, build growth maps, analyze data, and adjust strategies daily to meet KPIs. Lead in obstacle situations, implement best practices, monitor campaigns, and ensure quality standards.
Maintain clear communication with clients, provide daily updates, and contribute to system improvements and team knowledge sharing.
Report to Joy Sharma, the Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. This role is client-facing, with a focus on growth, learning, and rapid career progression. Fully remote, with flexible scheduling and ongoing mentorship.
First-year target pay: $76,000; second-year target pay: $100,000, depending on performance. Transparent performance dashboards, clear promotion paths, and regular feedback sessions support your growth.
