Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer in New York City to build foundational growth features and integrations that drive user acquisition and experimentation. This high-impact 0-1 role collaborates with product, design, GTM, and analytics to streamline activation and packaging for developers and enterprise customers, in person five days a week.

You will work closely with frontend and backend teams on React, TypeScript, Python, and Go, delivering polished interfaces and growth

Qualifications

Strong mastery of frontend development using React and TypeScript.
Solid understanding of UX principles and developer-focused user journeys.
Experience designing or optimizing frontend growth engines (onboarding, funnels, A/B testing).
Startup DNA with fast shipping and data-driven iteration.

Responsibilities

Lead frontend projects across the stack (React, TS) and collaborate with backend teams.
Build polished onboarding, self-serve upgrades, and usage dashboards.
Design and run rapid UI experiments (A/B tests, feature flags).
Partner with Product and Design to translate journeys into intuitive web experiences.
Implement client-side event tracking and analytics to understand user journeys.
Develop growth levers like upgrade triggers and personalized experiences.
