Are you a talented software engineer eager to make a direct impact on business growth and go-to-market strategy? We’re looking for a Senior Growth Engineer to help accelerate revenue by building products and systems that support scalable growth—from lead conversion tooling to experimentation platforms.
As Growth Engineers, we ask questions like: “what can we build to increase marketing pipeline?” and “how can we improve the customer journey to drive better activation and retention?” We collaborate with GTM teams to identify opportunities, then design, build and test solutions while measuring impact. We value engineers who are curious about the business, quick to adopt new technologies, and focused on delivering fast without sacrificing long-term quality. The software you build won’t just ship — it will move the needle on key business metrics.
You will have the opportunity to work the entire stack—from architecture and deployment to testing the code you write. We use Python for backends, Javascript (Vue) for frontends, and AWS to manage our infrastructure. Our team believes in solving hard business problems with software, data, and cross-team collaboration.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
