You will lead a portfolio of clients, coordinating internal creative and media resources to improve performance and expand account value, with a focus on Meta platforms and cross-channel strategies.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of paid-media, growth, account-management, or client-facing marketing experience.
• Deep expertise with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing accounts with seven-figure annual media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills linking performance data with business recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and client-communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end to end, including recurring meetings, strategic reviews, and QBRs.
• Oversee annual paid-media budgets ranging from approximately $5M to $50M.
• Develop growth strategies centered on creative performance and paid media.
• Translate performance data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to increase media efficiency, account scale, and client investment.
• Work across funnel strategy, signal quality, offer testing, measurement, and creative performance.
• Partner with creative and media teams to convert insights into execution.
• Proactively identify and develop account-expansion opportunities.
