Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead Product Operations Team Leads and senior contributors, shaping strategy and direction for the Product Operations function within TQL’s technology ecosystem in Tampa. This role balances people leadership, operational strategy, and organizational enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in product operations, product enablement, or operational leadership.
• 1–2 years of experience managing or leading people.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience leading teams and scaling operational practices in product/tech.

Responsibilities

• Align Product Operations capabilities to product maturity and organizational priorities.
• Set direction for the product operating model, planning cadences, intake processes, and communication standards.
• Ensure Product Operations practices support scale, collaboration, and visibility across the organization.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to drive consistent, scalable workflows.
• Oversee quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, and cross-functional product forums.
• Ensure operating rhythms enable effective decision-making and alignment across Product teams.
• Serve as a senior operational partner to Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business Operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Operations Team Leads and senior individual contributors.
