StarRez is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead strategy and outcomes across a portfolio focused on the resident on- and off-campus experience. You will connect opportunities with StarRez’s strategy, set clear priorities, and ensure investments deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, ownership of SaaS/platform/digital products.
• Direct people-management experience with coaching Product Managers.
• Experience leading strategy across multiple product areas and journeys.
• Strong ability to connect product decisions to measurable outcomes.
• Experience using customer research, analytics, and experimentation to inform strategy.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap direction, and performance across a portfolio.
• Coach and develop Product Managers with clear ownership and growth paths.
• Set portfolio priorities and balance investments across customer opportunities and technical needs.
• Provide strategic oversight for on- and off-campus portfolio opportunities.
• Establish clear success measures and use research, analytics and market insights to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, GTM, Analytics to deliver outcomes.
• Represent portfolio strategy and trade-offs with senior leadership and customers.
• Communicate roadmap and launches at executive level.
