Job summary

You will lead a team responsible for development, validation, and application of advanced analytical methods across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory functions.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry preferred) required.
• Minimum 10 years in analytical sciences with leadership.
• Experience with GLP/GMP/ISO and global regulatory submissions.
• Strong skills in chromatography, MS, and spectroscopy.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and career development for a team of scientists.
• Lead development, validation, and application of analytical methods.
• Drive regulatory compliance and data integrity across submissions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Oversee lab modernization and continuous improvement.
• Manage budget and CAPEX/OPEX.
