Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Group Insurance Billing Senior Analyst to support high-complexity accounts and ensure service levels. The role acts as a subject matter expert, guiding the team on complex billing issues and collaborating with internal and external clients to deliver solutions.

You will help manage receivables, assist with escalations, train new resources, and contribute to process improvements to meet client metrics and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Group Insurance Complex Billing, AR Reconciliation and/or Collections.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with MS Office to include Excel Reconciliation.
• Experience researching, resolving, tracking and following up on financial issues inquiries such as outstanding balances.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert to support case management in group insurance billing.
• Support Receivable and Suspense Management for mid-level or complex customers.
• Resolve billing related customer issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and special internal projects.
• Provide training and onboarding support for new team members.
