Qualifications

• 7–9 years in advertising agency industry with at least 4 years of pharmaceutical copy supervisor and/or copywriter experience.
• Experience supervising a staff of 1 or more writers.
• Strong leadership and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own copy direction across brands and supervise all promotional copy and campaigns.
• Ensure work aligns with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Lead client meetings and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
• Collaborate with Group Art Supervisor to integrate copy with visuals and big ideas.
• Advise on promotional opportunities and develop work plans with the team.
