Qualifications

• 6–7 years of pharmaceutical copy supervisory experience in a fast-paced agency.
• Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare art direction experience required.
• Compelling portfolio must be included with application.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in Adobe CS; other design software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creative execution across multiple brands, including timeline and budget.
• Collaborate with Copy and Account to ensure integrity of the creative and brand strategies.
• Demonstrate knowledge about the brand, disease state, clinical trials and data.
• Present creative work and ideas for large initiatives to clients.
• Create and present conceptual ideas; oversee campaign execution and shoots.
• Proactively seek opportunities to grow the business and pitch new work.
• Work with Studio, Copy, PM, and Account Management.
• Supervise direct reports, provide feedback and conduct performance reviews.
